Why did the name change from Kiki's to KiKai's?

We're still the same family-founded brand you know and love—just with a new name that better reflects who we are today and where we're headed. KiKai's is inspired by the names of our founders' children, Kiana (Ki) and Makai (Kai), and represents our next chapter while staying true to the values that have always guided us.

Is the food still the same?

Absolutely. Fan favorites like Kiki's Fries, crispy chicken sandwiches, tender strips, and our signature sauces are all here to stay. We've also added new menu items along the way, but our commitment to bold flavor and quality remains unchanged.

Are you under new ownership?

No. KiKai's is still proudly family-owned and operated. Our rebrand reflects growth—not new ownership—and our commitment to better quality, consistency, and community.

What's different now?

We're growing with purpose. The KiKai's name better represents who we are as we expand into new communities, introduce new menu items, and continue building a stronger brand while staying true to our roots.

Can I order online?

Yes! You can order online for pickup or delivery through our website or mobile app.

Do I need a new rewards account?

No. If you're already part of our rewards program, your account, points, and rewards remain the same. You'll simply begin seeing the KiKai's name throughout the app.

How do I earn rewards?

Download the KiKai's app from your app store, create an account, and earn points on qualifying purchases. You'll also receive exclusive offers, birthday rewards, and early access to special promotions.

Yes! We offer catering for office lunches, family gatherings, school events, parties, and more. Pickup and delivery options are available.

Can I book the KiKai's Food Truck?

How far in advance should I book catering or the food truck?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekends and larger events.

Why do some restaurants still say Kiki's?

During our transition, some locations may temporarily have Kiki's exterior signage while operating as KiKai's. If you see Kiki's on the building and KiKai's online, you're in the right place. Updated signage is coming soon.
